Meet Sylvie

"I'm Sylvie, and I bring oxygen where vitality is needed most."

Who am I? It’s a question I don’t answer easily – because if I’m honest, my focus is usually on the other. I see myself as someone who offers people oxygen and space to breathe. And at the same time, I challenge them – to believe, to move, to grow – with a cut-the-crap attitude that gets things going.

In my own life, that means always staying in motion – mentally and emotionally.
Standing still just isn’t an option.
I’m a proud expert in my field, not because I want to excel for the sake of excellence, but because I truly believe in what I do – and in what it can mean for others. A client recently told me: “You don’t tell a story – you are the story. With your energy and hands-on approach, you actively bring people along. No one felt judged, and yet everyone shifted into a mindset of: ‘I want to try this.’ That’s huge. I felt privileged.” Those words made me blush – and yet, that’s exactly what I aim to do. Add to what’s already there. Breathe movement into what’s stuck. Stir things up, awaken people – toward something new, or renewed.

Life isn’t always easy – or maybe it is? To me, it’s simple: life is meant to be lived. But that’s not always as easy as it sounds. It’s a journey of falling, getting back up, and learning to deal with what is. And that’s where the core lies for me: walking alongside people to meet their challenges with honesty and courage – no fluff, no pretending everything has to be perfect. Just grounded support, human to human.

And maybe that’s what defines me. I look at people through the lens of deep compassion – not pity, but presence. With the awareness that we all carry our own struggles. For me, it’s not about perfection – it’s about realness. About embracing the humanity in ourselves and in each other. I’m here to normalise. To say, quite simply: 'Fuck it. It is what it is – and that’s okay.' And then, yes – then comes the part of accountability where I ask: 'So… what now?' Because no matter how hard choices may feel, we always have them. And that moment? It asks for courage. And ownership.

So, who am I? Maybe I really am a walking paradox. Playful and serious, upbeat and melancholic, driven and laid-back. And it’s exactly those contrasts that make me who I am. An optimist with a taste for depth. A realist who sees where there’s space to grow. My drive to bring people hope and vitality is not something I do – it’s who I am.

I’m a mother, a daughter, a coach, a trainer, a mediator – and above all, someone who truly loves life. And I carry that love with pride, in everything I do, everything I can, and everything I am. Because in the end, that’s what I hope to pass on: that life is complex, yes – but it doesn’t always have to be complicated. And that the most beautiful thing we can do is give ourselves, and each other, the space to be and to become. Live your life forward.
